Sweet Tooth Cakes and Pastries Case Study
Sweet Tooth Cakes & Pastries, a family owned bakery and pastry shop since 1996, is dedicated to providing customers with quality gourmet specialty cakes and pastries. Not only do customers rave about the store’s high-quality, delicious desserts, but Sweet Tooth also provides a level of customer service that is hard to match. The love shown by Sweet Tooth’s customers on Yelp was all we needed to quickly understand the energy, passion, excitement and customer loyalty behind this company.
The Sweet Tooth brand has also expanded to offer catering services and Halal comfort foods via it’s Cafe business, Sweet 2th Cafe & Catering. With its constantly growing bakery and cafe business, Sweet Tooth needed to increase their digital presence. Additionally, the company needed to automate and optimize many of the functions and services being provided by the staff personnel.
We designed a new website that showcases Sweet Tooth’s creations, menus, services and values. Our team also worked to curate engaging social media content that illustrates their brand personality and culinary creations. With the new web app, customers can order meals online, make table reservations, place orders for pickup, schedule catering services, request event donations, purchase gift certificates, request price quote for custom cakes, and much, much more. The first online order was placed less than an hour after the web app launched, and the sales have continued almost every day since.
