Your opportunity:
- Test Asana Project Management software on team including setting up the program for use, designating who is responsible for updating projects/tasks
- Creating educational documents to show team why and how to use Asana
- Work with team leads to gather goals and milestones; make sure that the projects are aligned with said goals and milestones
- Work with colleagues to refine and update deadlines on projects
- Resolve and/or escalate issues to senior leaders
- Create flowcharts to document current processes and suggested processes to boost efficiency and collaboration
- Map out sales processes and lead generation pipeline; create automated processes in Salesforce for email, data tracking, and reporting
Commitment:
- 15-30 hours per week. We’re looking for somebody who can be available 3-5 days with at least 4 hours each day.
- We are flexible. You can either work in our Charlotte or remotely.

Your opportunity:
- Research, develop, and work on product team to help launch new products for iLaunchLabs
and its clients. - Support company initiatives by assisting with new products
- Test user flows to ensure that products deliver good customer experience.
- Work closely with web development personnel to develop prototypes and products.

- Participate in quality assurance process of products and web applications.
- Participate in creating, launching, or implementing new products.

Your opportunity:
- Learn about various industries from a buyer and seller perspective
- Analyze user experience problems and create design solutions that meet business goals
- Build new front-end user-centered designs on sites by considering market analysis, customer feedback and usability findings
- Work hands-on creating interface and visual design solutions from concept to final code
- Identify and troubleshoot UX problems (e.g. responsiveness)
- Learn how to manage timeline challenges and successfully plan and execute tests for UX department
- Learn how to create meaningful wireframes, prototypes and presentations
- Learn how to edit and create prototypes preferably with Invision
